Within the mobile apps and website dashboard, users will be able to view incident data in a structured format, where each individual data field will be identified and displayed accordingly.

Note:
Structured incident data will only be presented when an incident has been received via the IamResponding CAD Incidents API, or via a manual incident created within IamResponding. All other incidents will be displayed in a plain text format, as a single body of text, within IamResponding.
