Important Message for IamResponding Users Experiencing Missed or Delayed with Text Messages:
IamResponding text messages are sent via SMTP (email to carrier, then to the end user’s device). However, some carriers have recently started restricting messages delivered through this method. We are actively monitoring this situation and exploring alternative solutions. This is why we provide multiple redundant messaging pathways.
Our testing confirms that IamResponding messages are being successfully sent to the carriers. However, some carriers are no longer consistently delivering these messages to end users.
For the most reliable message delivery, we recommend using push notifications through the IamResponding App and Email notifications to your mobile device. Please ensure that the IaR app is installed and properly configured, and that your profile includes one or more email delivery addresses.
Thank you for your understanding as we work to address carrier-specific issues.
- Push Notifications are the Most Reliable Delivery Method
Please refer to the IaR App Help Article to ensure your app is up-to-date. While text message delivery may be delayed or affected by your carrier, the IaR App Push Notification provides a reliable alternative to pagers/radios.
