IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR OWN USERNAME, PASSWORD, OR CHANGE PROFILE SETTINGS:
*If you do not have permission to edit your own profile, your local system administrator can do this for you.
- Go into the IamResponding website.
- On the main Dashboard, click on the Circle in the upper Right Corner.
- Select the option to EDIT MY PROFILE (Shown in the image below)
- Once on your profile:
- click on the field that you want to edit, change it to something new
- click "Update" at the bottom of the page.
CONCERNS OF NOT RECEIVING INCIDENT NOTIFICATIONS VIA THE APP, TEXT AND/OR EMAIL:
*If you do not have permission to edit your own profile, your local system administrator can do this for you.
- Please check a few specific settings.
- First, go to your member profile via a computer or the IaR App.
- Once on your profile:
- In the "Dispatch Information" section of your profile
- make sure that you have selected to receive the type of dispatches that you want to receive, and that you have selected how you want to have them delivered.
- Also check your email and text message addresses to be sure that they are correct.

IF YOUR ISSUES CONCERN THE IAMRESPONDING APP, including APP NOTIFICATIONS:
- Please see the IaR App Help - Guide, to help users self-troubleshoot ANY IamResponding App issue.
- Follow the steps and “sub-steps” exactly, without jumping around.

- This is your FIRST stop with ANY App issue, even if the symptom is “not getting Push Alerts”.
