Can I create multiple ESO RMS and/or ESO Properties Integrations within IamResponding?
Currently, subscribers are only able to create one integration for each integration type.
If an integration type is already in use, users will not see that integration type visible when creating a new integration.
Can I share my ESO Properties pre-plan data with my IamResponding mutual aid agencies?
Pre-plan data provided by the ESO Properties integration is not currently available to mutual aid agencies. This data will only be visible to users belonging to your agency.
Will IaR export incident data to ESO if my agency doesn’t receive incidents through CAD?
When the ESO RMS integration has been enabled within IaR, IaR will export all incident data to ESO. This includes messages sent via CAD, the IaR Incident Creation tool, or other messages sent via SMTP/SNPP as an incident to IaR.
Are API’s needed for both the ESO Properties and ESO RMS integrations?
ESO Properties Integration: Agencies will need to access the IamResponding API from within their ESO admin page. Please refer to the “Accessing ESO Properties Key” page for additional information.
ESO RMS Integration: Agencies will need to obtain their CAD Registry ID from ESO. Please refer to the “Accessing ESO RMS Export CAD Registry ID” page for additional information.
Is there an associated cost to utilize either of the IamResponding ESO integrations?
IamResponding customers will not see an increase in cost to utilize the ESO Properties or ESO RMS integrations. Within ESO, users will need to have the following for each integration:
ESO Properties Integration: Users will be required to have purchased the ESO “Properties” and “Fire Properties” API modules prior to being able to utilize this integration.
ESO RMS Integration: Agencies will be required to have purchased a CAD integration through ESO.
