What does the message mean?

When configuring your DoNotDisturb (DND) settings on the IaR system, many users forget to select WHICH dispatches they don't want to receive.  This message is letting you know that a specific dispatch group was not selected.

Occasionally a user will half-set their DND settings on the IaR App.  When an Admin is on the users IaR Website profile, the Admin will bump into this error when trying to update the members profile for something not-related to the DND settings.

What can you do?

For the purpose of getting your updates made to the member's profile, go to the Do Not Disturb Settings area of the profile.  Select OFF.  Don't change any other settings, just set the main switch to Off.

• The users settings are already incomplete. You aren't messing anything up for them by turning this off.
• Contact the member and let them know that their IaR DND settings are Off.  They may want to take another look, to see if they want to set up complete DND options/settings.
