What does the message mean?
We use online security tokens to verify that the correct data is reaching the correct people.
When we send a Credential Recovery Email from the IaR Manage Members, the security token is valid for 15 minutes from when that email is SENT. If the user doesn't get to it soon enough, they will not be able to successfully go through the provided password reset steps.
What can you do?
We have another method that works great for credentials recovery, that is less prone to the tokens expiring. Here are two options...
- You can ask your member to complete this step on their own
- Or (an IaR System Admin) you can copy the member's email from their profile, and utilize it in the process outlined below.
You can use the IaR Website (on a computer or phone browser) to recover all your login information when it’s convenient for you to do so.
The Can't Sign In button on the IamResponding website login page provides you access to the credential recovery tools.
Please utilize the option for; Agency Name and/or Username, where you enter your email address associated with your IaR account.
You will end up getting all of your Login information through this method.
There is no need to do the password recovery step with your phone number.
