Troubleshooting:
Members not getting Group Messages
-On the IamResponding Website go to: Administrative Functions - Manage Groups
Select the specific group in question from the dropdown menu.
Verify that the correct members are (or are not) in the correct groups.
Running Internal Messages Report
On the IamResponding Website go to: Administrative Functions – Reports - Outbound Messages
-Select your desired date range.
-Check for to see the actual addresses messages were sent to
-Click Run Report.
The Outbound Messages Report will show WHEN a message was sent, By WHO, To WHO, and WHAT the message said.
The Outbound Messages Report is purged. We don’t keep records older than 18 months.
When you try to run this report, if it is too much data, it may lock up. Try running a smaller timeframe (Days/Weeks, rather than Months)
Fun Tip:
-Schedule Internal Messages when you have something you need to send, but it’s the ‘wrong’ time of day.
-Use the ability to attach files to pass out meeting minutes, important documents, or fliers about upcoming events.
