Locating Incident Data

Incident data can be accessed in three primary locations:

1. On Your Main Dashboard:

   • Look for the CAD/Text Incident Tile.

     Select the blue arrow to choose dispatch groups.

     Select the magnifier to search specifics.

     

     On the App:

     • Check the Incident List.

       Select CAD Incidents, Audio Incidents, or Digital Alerts to view incidents

       

2. For Detailed Reporting (Admin Access Required):
   • Access the Dispatch Report.
   • This is located under the Admin Functions menu, within the Reports section.

   • Note: Only members with the necessary report-running permission level set on their profile can access this report.

     

Exporting and Analyzing Data

The Dispatch Report offers powerful analysis capabilities:

• It can be easily exported to Excel.
• This feature allows you to fully customize how you sort and analyze the incident data.
