When your IamResponding Website audio stops working, we have learned that this may be a Browser-Setting, and activated due to inactivity over a length of time.
Please see the settings below, for your Web Browser.

- Enter to IamResponding login page and Login to IAR Dashboard
- Then, locate Browser options and click on Settings
- Locate Privacy and security and go to Site Settings
- Expand Additional content settings and click on Sound
- Select option Sites can play sound

To ensure permission is activated, add url (https://dashboard.iamresponding.com/) on Allowed to play sound section
Mozilla Firefox
- Enter to IamResponding login page and Login to IAR Dashboard
- Then, locate Browser options and click on Settings

Locate Privacy & Security and go to Permissions section, then, locate Autoplay setting and click on Settings button

On Settings – Autoplay window, locate Default for all websites field and set it to Allow Audio and Video and press Save Changes button
