What does the message mean?
IaR members have the ability to Respond to IaR by Calling-In to an assigned Toll-Free Number. That Toll-Free number will recognize the member by their Caller ID.
Sometimes when members belong to multiple IaR agencies, the assigned Toll-Free number may be the same for both agencies.
What can you do?
The only fields related to this error are the 6 Call-In Number fields shown in the image below.
Just take the displayed number off the members profile (in these 6 fields) and you should be all set.
- You CAN still use the affected phone number in members Text Message Address. Just not within their Call-In number fields.
