The Steps: Have the member send a standard text message from their phone directly to a personal or work email address.
The Result: When the email arrives, look at the "From" field. It will appear as an email address (e.g.,
1234567890@vtext.com).Why it works: This identifies the specific network and format required for that user, which you can then match against our provider list.
Option 2: Use a Carrier Lookup Tool
If you don't have the device handy, you can use a third-party lookup service to find the correct gateway.
The Steps: Visit Free Carrier Lookup (or a similar service).
The Process: Enter the 10-digit mobile number and complete the quick security prompt.
What to look for: The results will display an SMS Gateway Address. Copy that address exactly as shown to use in our system.
