Agency Name and Login Change
Option 1: Update Your On-Screen Name (Simple Change)
This option is for changing the name that is visible to users within the system (e.g., in lists or headers). It does not affect how anyone logs in.
Action Needed: Pease have one of the system administrators provide the Current On-Screen Name and the New On-Screen Name and we will make this update.
Option 2: Update Your Agency Login Name (The First Login Field)
This is a more significant change that affects the first field of the login screen for all members.
IMPORTANT: Before requesting this change, you must coordinate with all your agency members. Every user will be immediately required to use the new Agency Login Name to access the website and any associated apps.
Action Needed: Please have a system administrator provide the Current Agency Login Name and the New Agency Login Name confirming that your members have been notified.
For Agency Address Legal or Subscription Name Changes
If you require any changes related to your agency's name as seen on the dashboard and in apps, or the agency physical address as used for mapping, we can make these changes on support. If you are requesting a legal name change or updates to subscription details, these requests will be handled by the specialized team.
Action Needed: Please have a system administrator reply with the current On Screen name and the requested updated On Screen name IF updating the physical address please provide the current and the new full address. Please contact iar-subscriptions@rapidsos.com if this is a request for a legal name change or if you require updates to subscription details.
