Simple Steps to Set Up or add dispatch groups for Dispatch Notifications
To get started, as an Agency Administrator please provide us with few key details to initiate the request.
- Name of the Dispatch Group(s): What do you want to call the dispatch groups for alerts? (e.g., Fire, EMS, Rescue, All Calls)
- Name of the Dispatch Center: Where are the incident alerts coming from? (e.g., County 911 Center, Town Police Dispatch)
Finalize Setup and Confirmation
Our dispatch team will then:
- Review the available options (like SMTP and API keys) for integrating with your dispatch center.
- Reach back out via email with the setup details and let you know when the new dispatch group(s) are active and running.
Once complete, your members will start receiving notifications based on their personal settings!
