If you get a popup on your IaR App that says "Instance Down",
This means your TwoToneDetect (TTD) audio system is down for some reason (ie. has lost power, internet connection) etc.
These notifications have been set up by your agency and will alert until TTD is restarted or the alert function is de-activated.
TTD is fully managed and controlled by your agency on-site or locally.
IaR Staff do not have access to it.
To get the alerts to stop, you have two different option:
1) Identify why TTD is down, and get it re-started.
This will BOTH, stop the alerts, and restore your TTD functionality.
To resolve the issue, you will need to contact the person/persons that manage your TwoToneDetect system at your agency. They should know how to verify that TTD is up and running. (If needed, they can contact us)
Below are the articles for TTD overviews for a Windows PS or for a Raspberry Pi.

2) Get the Instance Down notifications to stop.
This will immediately stop the alerts, but will not resolve functionality of the TTD Audio Dispatching System.
On your agency's IaR Website Dashboard, click the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner and Go To:
--> Administrative Functions
--> TwoToneDetect Settings
--> Manage TTD Status Alerts Subscriptions
--> Select the names of individuals that you want to stop the alerts for
--> Click Update at the bottom.
*Important - This will immediately stop the alerts, but will not resolve functionality of the TTD Audio Dispatching System.
