Submitting a New Request
If you're an administrator, you can request custom changes directly. To get started, please submit your preferences to our support team. To ensure a smooth process, please add these key details:
- Your full agency name or agency login name.
- A clear list of the response options you want to add or remove.
- The preferred order for all your response options.
- The complete list of On Duty For or On Duty At options and the preferred order
- The Assigned Station options you want to add or remove
Once we process your request, we'll confirm the updates with you directly.
