Do not transfer the app from your old device to your new one.
Locate and Tap the App Store Icon on your Device Home Screen tap the 🔍 Search Icon
Type in IamResponding in the search bar and tap 🔍 Search
Download the App and Open
On the pop up “IaR” Would Like to Send You Notifications - Allow
Before logging in, go to your device settings, locate IaR, and make sure that Background App Refresh and Cellular Data are enabled.
Return to your IaR App, scroll through the welcome pages to Login into app (current users) and tap
Enter your credentials from your Welcome Email or as set up by you. Physically type the login information into each field. Do not copy/paste or use autofill information the first time. Once you are in, you can save the working credentials to your device, if you wish.
Enter in your IaR Agency Login Name
IaR Agency Login Names are often all CAPS
Include any spaces
Enter in your Username
Usernames are Case Sensitive
Include any symbols
Enter in your Password
Passwords are Case Sensitive
Include any symbols
Select Login to Agency
Login Credentials will be retained in IaR so you will not need to enter them in each time
In Agency Settings press Done in the upper right corner to save the pre-configured settings
Tap your agency name to enter
You may see another pop up “IaR” Would Like to Send You Notifications - Allow
