IamResponding provides powerful reporting tools that allow agencies to track responder attendance and response activity down to the second. These reports offer a permanent, tamper-proof record of agency activity, ensuring total transparency for administrative and legal requirements.
If you are looking to take advantage of full incident tracking—including tracking the incident address, assigned units, and automatically capturing any member who called in within 15 minutes of the incident—be sure to check out our Attendance Tracking Module page here.
Overview
The Responders Report is commonly used for:
Incident attendance tracking and post-incident documentation.
Payroll or compensation verification (Paid-on-call).
Career agency callbacks and manpower ordering.
Audit or compliance purposes.
What This Report Shows
The Responders Report captures every interaction a member has with the system during a specific window:
Who indicated a response.
Which status they selected (e.g., Responding to Station, Available, Not Responding).
Exact Timestamps (to the second) for the initial response and any subsequent status changes.
Data Integrity: Response data cannot be edited or altered once recorded. All data is retained for a minimum of seven (7) years.

If the report does not appear, check your browser's address bar to see if a pop-up blocker prevented the window from opening.
Printing and Exporting
Once the report is generated, you can use the buttons at the top of the results window:
Print: Use your system’s dialog to print a hard copy or Print as PDF for digital filing.
Export to Excel: Download a
.csvor.xlsxfile. This is the preferred method for HR and Payroll departments who need to sort or filter data for compensation.
Common Use Cases
Volunteer Departments: Automatically tracking who showed up for a call without manual sign-in sheets.
Career Agencies: Determining the exact order of callbacks to ensure fair overtime distribution.
Major Incidents: Validating response timelines and manpower levels during large-scale emergencies for FEMA or insurance documentation.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the "Reports" option. If the Reports button is missing, your administrative profile may not have the necessary permissions. Please contact your agency's primary IamResponding administrator to update your access level.
The report is blank. Ensure your Date and Time range accurately covers the period of the incident. If a member responded via the app but it isn't showing, verify they were logged into the correct agency account at the time of response.
