If you are a new user logging in for the first time, or if you already know your current password, you do not need a new email link. You can update your password manually by following the steps below.
For New users, If you receive a "Token Expired" message after clicking a password reset link, it simply means the security window for that specific link has closed. For your protection, these links are only valid for a short period. Your password should be in that initial email further down to log in with and follow these step.

NOTE: If you change your password you will need to re-login to your app on your mobile devices using IamResponding
Change Your Password Manually
Current Password Required
Device Note: Please use a computer or your phone’s web browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.). These settings cannot be changed within the mobile app.
1. Log In
Go to IamResponding.com.
Click Login.

Enter your Agency Name, Username, and Current Password.
Tip: Check your original welcome email if you haven't changed your temporary password yet.
2. Open Your Profile

Select the Menu (☰) in the top-left corner.

Choose Admin Functions.

Select Manage Members & Click Edit Member.

Select your name from the dropdown list.
3. Set a New Password

Scroll down to the Password field.
Type in your new password.
Password Requirements
Length: Must be at least 12 characters long.
Numbers: Must include at least 1 number.
Lowercase: Must include at least 1 lowercase character.
Uppercase: Must include at least 1 uppercase character.
Special Characters: Must include at least 1 special character.

Restrictions
Username: Cannot be the same as your username.
Repetition: Must not contain more than 3 repetitive characters.
Uniqueness: Passwords cannot be duplicated by multiple members within the same agency.
3. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and select Update Profile.
