This article provides a step-by-step guide for members to update their personal response preferences within the mobile application. By navigating through the User Profile and Membership Information sections in Settings, users can modify both their default call-in and in-app response behaviors. After making selections, users must tap SAVE to ensure their new settings are applied successfully. Additionally, the guide notes that agency administrators have the authority to fully customize the available response options.
Members can easily update their default call in and in app response settings individually within the app.
- In the app, go to Settings.
- Select User Profile & Credentials.
- Choose Membership Information.
- Tap the Edit button in the top right corner.
- Update both the Default response (for call-in) and Default respond now (for in-app/on-screen) settings.
- Tap SAVE in the top right corner to confirm the changes.
The responding options are fully customizable by agency administrators, if the option you would like to use is not in the current list, we can customize the options for you.
