Manage Agency Resources: Quick Links to Your Documents
Easily Share Your Documents and Truck or Equipment Checks with the Resource Tool
You can now use the Manage Agency Resources tool to centralize access to all your key documents!
This feature allows you to:
- Link Directly to Your Files: Create a shareable link from any file-sharing service (like Google Docs or Dropbox).
Centralize Access: Copy that hyperlink and paste it onto your IamResponding.com Resource page.
Access your Administrative functions and select Settings -> Manage Agency Resources.
Add a Title for your link and the URL, and ADD the resource.
Check that the added shared URL was set to be accessed by anyone with the link.
You can now tap the Resources tab found on both the website and the app menu to access your shared resources.
💡 Pro Tip: Share Your Digital Truck Checks!
You can also use this feature to provide immediate access to your digitally created Truck Check or other equipment check forms. Link your custom form, and it will be available instantly under your department's Resources tab for rapid, centralized access.
