Using the App
Agency Selection
Users managing multiple agencies within their IaR mobile app will be prompted to select an agency upon opening the Android Auto app.
Upon entering the app, users can switch between their agencies using the “Agencies” page.

Overview
The IamResponding Android Auto application consists of four main pages.
CAD – View and navigate to CAD incidents.
Audio – View and listen to TTD audio.
Lists – Access additional information, such as responders, apparatus, and mutual aid information.
Agencies – View and select the agency being viewed.
When opening the Android Auto app, users will be directed to the “CAD” page.

Incident Notifications
When an new CAD or TTD incident is received, a notification banner will be displayed.New notifications may also be viewed within the Android Auto system notifications list.CAD incident notifications can be opened to view the full incident details, while users can select to play TTD audio directly from the notification.

Users can access a list of the 10 most recent CAD incidents, select an incident to view details, and navigate to incidents.

Users can view CAD incident details, navigate to an incident, and respond to an incident from the Incident Details page. They can also select from a list of their agency's response options.

Users can navigate to an incident from the CAD incident list or the CAD incident details page. Navigation uses Google Maps, which launches automatically on the vehicle display.

Users can access a list of the 10 most recent TTD pre-alerts and/or audio incidents and listen to TTD audio recordings directly through the vehicle's sound system.

The “Lists” page allows users to view several different lists, providing critical information to responders.
Responders – View a list of your agency’s responding personnel.
On Duty – View on-duty personnel for your agency.
Apparatus – View a list of your agency’s in/out of service apparatus.
On Duty (Mutual Aid) – View on-duty personnel belonging to mutual aid agencies.
Mutual Aid – View responding mutual aid personnel.

Agencies
The “Agencies” page allows users to switch between profiles when managing multiple agencies within their IamResponding app.
Users logged into a single agency will only see one agency listed on this page.
