Note: To add hydrants, ensure you have the necessary permissions are enabled in your user profile.

Adding/Importing multiple hydrants
Step 1
Import Multiple Hydrants
Navigate to the Administrative Function section of your dashboard.
Select Hydrants & Map Markers > Import Multiple Hydrants

Step 2
Download the pre-formatted excel spreadsheet
Use either Column A and B (Lat/Long) or Columns C-G (address information).

Step 3
Save and Upload
After saving your spreadsheet, click Choose File, attach the file, and then click Upload File.

Success!
The system will then load your hydrants, which you will need to verify is correct, then click Submit for Validation at the bottom. Lastly, select Confirm Hydrants.

Step 5
Confirm Hydrants
Each batch of hydrants can be confirmed 20 at a time. Simply select the paper icon under View Details. You can either confirm each hydrant individually or select Confirm Entire Batch at the bottom of the pop-up window
Important: When importing by Latitude & Longitude, only confirm by BATCH, NOT INDIVIDUALLY.

Step 1
Adding a single hydrant or water source
Navigate to Administrative Functions -> Hydrants and Map Markers -> Add/Edit/Delete Markers

Step 2
Add to the map
This will load a map of your agency's geographical area. To add a singular hydrant, or another map maker, pick a place on the map where you would like to add it, right click, add fill out the required field. Your hydrants will also be color coded by NFPA flow rate.

Add to the map
Click save, and your hydrant (map marker or Pre-Plans) is instantly added into the system.
