IamResponding integrates seamlessly with ESO, enabling the display of ESO pre-plan data directly within IaR maps as map markers (ESO Properties).
ESO pre-plans will appear using the existing IamResponding pre-plan marker, providing quick access to critical property information. Additionally, IamResponding supports integration with ESO’s Records Management System (RMS) for streamlined data management.
Marker Information
Each marker will display the address and the source of the pre-plan data.
Documents
All pre-plan documents will be labeled in IaR exactly as they are in ESO, including their corresponding pre-plan type (property, building, or occupancy).
Users can select and view documents directly from the documents section.
How to enable ESO Integration

Select from the drop down what you would like to integrate. ESO Properties (Map Markers & Pre-Plans) or ESO RMS (Record Management). |

To enable the integration in ESO, you must have access to their Properties and Fire Properties API. If you do not already have access, contact your ESO representative for assistance.
