How-to:
-CAD Text Incidents
There is no need to get too specific with the date range.
The date range is often best to run using the date BEFORE and the date AFTER you are actually interested in.
The additional information isn't always needed.
Unless you are intentionally seeking one of these additional fields, these boxes can be left un-checked.
Then click the Run Report button.
Troubleshooting:
How to read the report
The report is basically self explanatory, but here are some ideas:
-Use 'ctrl F' to Find data that you are looking for.
- You can search for member Names, Emails, Text Addresses
-Members are ONLY shown on this report IF they get the incident data via Text/Email/Pager.
- If your members ONLY use the IaR App, their name isn't on this report because the data isn't 'sent' to them. The IaR App shows the incident to ALL users.
- Encourage all members to utilize Text Alerts and/or Email Alerts as a redundant backup to the IaR App.
Fun Tip:
-This report can be manually printed, or saved to a computer file. Doing this on a regular schedule and maintaining these records on your own will ensure that you always have the records within reach.
