What is it:
Link your system with mutual aid agencies to see who is available and responding, share pre-plan information and communicate directly with each other.
Each department/agency/entity that subscribes to IamResponding has a unique subscriber ID number.
Sharing this unique subscriber ID number with your mutual aid agencies is how your share data with them, and how they can share data with you.
Where to find it:
Locate your agencies unique Subscriber ID number:
-IaR Website - Administrative Functions - System Settings - Dept. ID/Mutual Aid ID's
Along the top of the screen.

How-to:
Program your mutual aid agencies, and select the shared data.
-IaR Website - Administrative Functions - System Settings - Dept. ID/Mutual Aid ID's
Add your neighbor's (mutual aid agency) unique ID Number to your system.
This set-up is NOT reciprocal.
BOTH agencies have to add the other, and then make their own selections about what to share.
As you and/or your mutual aid agencies populate this section, adding in one another, you will see that 2 Grids will be visible on this screen.
-The Upper Grid shows the agencies that you have added the unique ID number for, in the above step.
You can choose what data you want to share with them by checking the provided boxes.
-The Lower Grid shows the agencies that have added your unique ID number to their system.
-The green checks are not clickable. These just display what your neighbor has checked on their system, to share with you. If you see no checkmarks, your neighbor didn't check any boxes on their side, in their Upper Grid.
-In some of the fields, you can choose if you want to see their data, via a Yes/No dropdown.
-With ANY changes that you make (adding a mutual aid agency's unique ID number, checking/unchecking data boxes, or changing the Yes/No dropdown, ALWAYS check the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
